چکیده

A high step-up PWM non-isolated dc–dc converter with soft switching is proposed in this paper. The has minimum auxiliary elements to achieve power density and voltage gain. ZVS operation of the main switch results negligible capacitive turn-on losses. Since duty cycle narrow its under ZCS condition, losses that circuit imposes are not significant. Also, all diodes operated soft-switching conditions solving reverse recovery problem. All inductors coupled on only one magnetic core, reducing size conduction Compared hard switched counterpart, electromagnetic interference reduced. Furthermore, output controlled by an integral sliding mode control strategy during load variations. been compared PI strategy, improving transient response robustness variations while frequency constant. effectiveness accuracy verified practical laboratory which obtained from a 250W prototype.
